COLD IN PLACE RECYCLING
DESCRIPTION
Novacol® is a cold in-place pavement recycling process using bitumen emulsion. The pavement is cold milled at depth by a rotor equipped with special teeth. The rotor mixes and homogenizes the milled materials with emulsion then transfers it to the paver.
Novacol® gives new service life to fatigued roads using specific and powerful equipment. It meets economic requirements and contributes to environmental sustainability.
APPLICATION
Novacol® is suitable for all roadways, up to a traffic level up to 250 heavy vehicles per day and even for the rehabilitation of aircraft runways with an additional new wearing course. Novacol® eliminates cracks, prevents water infiltration, removes bleeding or rutted areas, binds the different layers together, restructures the road, homogenizes the pavement structure and improves road profiles.
