CEO
Martin Papala is the CEO of Colas Slovakia, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of IS-LOM since 2021. He has been part of the Colas Group since 2004. He is responsible for strategic management at the regional level and the development of new business opportunities with an emphasis on ensuring the achievement of the companies' long-term goals in the Slovak market.
CFO
Kristína joined the Colas team in 2013. Her beginnings in construction are linked to the position of financial manager for large projects, where she had the opportunity to work on various construction projects for the public and private sectors and be part of an international team. She also developed her experience in the construction field by working for the sister company Colas Hrvatska. As financial director, she is responsible for preparing the company's financial strategy. She focuses on cash flow optimization, risk analysis, streamlining, simplifying processes, and digitization to ensure the company's financial stability and profitability.
COO
Ing. Ľubomír Rác has been part of the COLAS group since 2002, when he joined the company as a fresh graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. He has held various positions in the company, from assistant of construction manager to director of the West division. Since 2023, he has been working as Production Director for the whole area of Slovakia, responsible for effective team management and achieving of goals with an emphasis on quality and work safety.
HR
He began his professional career in 1991. He has held various project and management positions at Nestlé, Rockwool, and IKEA. He joined Colas Slovakia in November 2019 and currently serves as Human Resources Director and member of the Board of Directors.
